Turing Test

Hello,

Here is a cool video I found concerning the Turing test:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2zFwsmI95xw

The video has some pretty impressive artificial intelligence. The test is run entirely by computers or so the video says. There is a computer with artificial intelligence to run like an evalutator. It is a really neat video.

The video is, indeed, very interesting. The goal of the video is to show that computers cannot confuse a computer. If one of the machines convinces the game show host that it is a human, the machine wins!

it seems sort of flawed in that this cycle would probably have a rather limited range of conversation though, i don't really see how it accounts for this

Thanks for posting those videos, Aravind. It helped me visualize and better understand the Turing Test.

the turing test is a very interesting concept. can a computer programmed by man, fool man? i think the whole idea is quite shocking that one day, we might get to that point.
